Thank you for you help. I will give it a try. Also I'm confused about alpha channels. I have the latest Photoshop but when a made a alpha channel it didn't work. I use imagetool but, I'm confused what to do at this point. Do you use dxt1 or the others and why. One more thing about tiles how is this used and why. Thank you John
