when i compile bgl with ade9x i lost gps data!

i use ade9x for building most of afcad files and sceneries for stock airports but the issue has occured that when i compile an afcad file then i lost the gps data of that airport. (mean time; standart sceneries work very good, i like ade9x)
so i have to compile again the afcad file.
i did not see, this bug didn t occur at lee swordy afcad.
so is anyone know that? where i did mistake? or is it ADE9x false?
i need help, so i want to share 1000 of afcad but some of them have this bug!
i don t know what i can do (system XP, FS2004,

What do you mean by GPS Data - do you mean Approach Code?

Did you start the airport project from a stock airport or from a Bgl file?

In any case it is easy enough to get the approach code back but please confirm the above so we can understand what you did.

AFCAD would not do this because it cannot handle approach code, buildings etc

thank you scruffyduck, so i started to edit EDDM airport with ADE9x, i builded the airport and sceneries at ADE9x, then i compiled the EDDM.
but, when start the approach eddm, i coldn t find EDDM navaids. i mean eddm in gps but navaids and approachs lost.
then
i did that reopen the EDDM with ADE9x again, then load all stock data, then recompile, that's okay. all the navaids and approach datas came back.
but there is a problem that, i scare that the lost of navaids issue occurrd my other afcads. or, i also scare that this issue will occur again some other afcads.
so, in this situation, if any other question, i will be answer.
i want to say again, i really like ade9x, it is powerfull, give us a chance a design for airports and using standart sceneries give us most of FPS

Hi,

If you open an AFCAD file in ADE, you will always need to use Load Stock Data to get the navaids, etc. back. Just the way it works...

so, is the last solution for my afacads that reopen all my AFCADs then do "load stock data" then recompile all of them? if so, i understood this.

I do not know what version of ADE you are using but please make sure it it the latest 1.50.4402.

There is a flag used by FS to determine whether a Bgl file should exclude any approaches in other Bgl file like the stock airport.

AFCAD does not know anything about approaches so it never excludes approaches from other Bgl files.

If you load a file that you know came from AFCAD then older version of ADE will exclude stock approaches and you will lose them as you found. With later versions of ADE it will only exclude if it finds some approach code in the Bgl file you load. The problem here is that if you added a single approach (say ILS approach) to the AFCAD file using ADE all the other approaches will be excluded.

So this is a long way to say that you should always import stock data into an AFCAD file when you load it. There are no disadvantages in doing this and it avoids the risk of losing things.

Also please remember that once you load a Bgl file into ADE like this always save the project file and load from that project file. Do not load your work back from the Bgl file you compile from ADE. This is the way it is done with AFCAD but not with ADE.
