ReservedKey sample
Anyone have the ReservedKey sample, or otherwise got this working.
The provided c++ sample registers the reserved key just fine. However the callback drops to the default of the case statement, in other words the callback does not seem to be recognised as ReservedKey. I created an example in c#. The first callback I get from FSX is correct, and goes to the method registered by SimConnect.RecvReservedKeyEventHandler(). This is FSX telling me it is happy with my key choice. Then I go over to FSX and hit my reserved key. However the callback is now wrong. It comes back to SimConnect.RecvEventEventHandler() instead, and so cannot be interpreted. Either my understanding is wrong (always very possible) or SimConnect is wrong. I'm concerned its the latter since the off the shelf sample won't work. Any clues? Simon |
