MSFS20 Saab MFI-17 "Mushshak (The proficient)"

On an early evening flight (sim) from Cairo down the Suez canal, I happened upon an airstrip. First pix is daylight view. To my surprise, the Egyptian AF was conducting night exercises and I decided to join in. Unfortunately, by the time I rolled down the runway, it was too dark to get good...

Glad to see you are still at it. Still my favorite. I will be staying with P3d v5 for the foreseeable future. A MSFS version is a very good idea. If you also choose to update original product, you can count on my help. Best!

Good to see work is continuing on the MFI-17. I'm still finding myself using this model as my go-to aircraft on a daily basis. It's fun! What I would like changed - if possible - is the ability to disappear the stick so I can have a unobstructed view of the panel. Also, if possible, would...

Yes, users complain before and after. That’s life! As a developer, which complaint (before or after) should a developer concern his/herself with? That's the question. It's not easy but developing anything can be fun and sometimes, financially rewarding - if you're good at it.

Yes that's true Penz. However, when someone pays for a product they expect that product to work - now, not some time in the future. Think about that in your own life. You wouldn't want to purchase a new car that had a non-working horn or turn signals or starter. Would you? Same with a...

MSFS20 Saab MFI-17 "Mushshak (The proficient)"

I purchased a new addon over the weekend just to find a problem with the lighting (beacon) system. The model was obviously not tested fully. Nice model - sloppy programming! If you need help in testing, feel free to ask.

I didn't know a PAC Super Mushshak had been part of your initial plans. That's what happens when one arrives late to a party. A Lycoming IO-360 it is then!

MSFS20 Saab MFI-17 "Mushshak (The proficient)"

Good morning! Roel is absolutely right on everything said. And since your plan is to utilize the IO-360, a Cessna 172 sound do. Keep in mind that the 172's cabin sounds will be different (quieter) than the MFI 17's. That said; just a couple things. The (Super Mushshak) see...

For what it's worth. Contact Carenado and ask if you can use their Beechcraft T-34 sound file. The sounds are rich and throaty, and it (sound file) should serve until you can get an accurate MFI-17 sound of your own. Anyway, that's what I would do.
