Greetings,
I've been using the MS Flight Simulator series for years and am capable of light editing to meet my needs for texture modifications, flight dynamics, and some other nuts and bolts, but I've generally stayed away from anything sound-related. With that said, I noticed that the Marketplace's de Havilland Canada DHC-4 "Caribou" has a little issue that is super nitpicky but noticeable to me:
The beacon light switch in the cockpit is missing its "click" sound.
All of the other light switches and other switches nearby have a click, so I'm wondering if there is a relatively painless way for an end user to simply apply a click sound, identical or nearly so to the neighboring switches, to this beacon switch which the devs seem to have missed. Is this something that can be done, and if so, how?
The aircraft is no longer being updated or supported, and while there are other issues with the aircraft, this seems like maybe it could be a quick easy end-user fix.
Thanks for any assistance that anyone can provide!
