AFCAD lightning issue with only one runway

I'm currently working on a Lagos scenery for FSX / P3D V2. I made it using tools created for FSX, and now when trying to port it for P3D V2 I'm facing an issue...

Basically the left runway 36L/18R has no lights at all showing in P3D V2 while the other runway has lights showing just fine. I don't have this issue in FSX, it doesn't really seem to have anything to do with my ground polygon either as the lights don't show up even if I disable all other files of my scenery.

I would be really grateful if somebody could take a look at this AFCAD and help me figure out how to get the lights to show up on both runways...

Lack of markings on both runways is intentional as I included those in the ground poly.

Run the ADE fault finder. The runway in question is at 0.0 ft. plus many other altitude issues.
