• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

AIFP Question

Using Win 7 Pro, newest ADE, and newest AIFP. You see to the right of the Aircraft List I have 3 red pound signs. Would this stop my AI from showing in FSX? How do I get rid of them?

I have saved and compiled both AIFP and ADE and no luck seeing the AI.
I must say this is first time trying AIFP.
Appreciate any help

As per Page 12 of the AIFP manual, the "###" indicator is telling you that the Aircraft List has changed since being loaded - as a reminder that you need to save it.

It will have no effect on AI appearing or not.

There's a troubleshooting guide on the AIFGP website (http://stuff4fs.com) that you may find helpful.

Thanks for the reply Don. I think the pilot has been at the Officer's Club to long.
I have a assigned parking spot for the AI in ADE, but it chooses to park at a default parking spot instead.
I added another number in the aircraft.cfg parking spot code hoping that would correct it. Not yet.
Thanks for the help

Something that no should fail is to assign the parking code in the aricraft cfg
atc_parking_codes=IBB
atc_parking_types=RAMP

and so in the ade parking spot, you can use your own name for the aircraft even never have fail for me

AI Flight Planner

Things are slowly starting to come together. Slowly...
Creating a 4 hr flightplan. Times are from 00:00 to 03:59. Now getting a message: "A sub -24hr plan is in the editor". How is this corrected?
Appreciate everyone's patience.

AI Flight Planner

gadgets asked: What are you trying to do when you get the message?

I hate to say this; but; basically I was not paying attention to my times.
I had Central Time instead of Greenwich Time. Duuhhhhhh!!

Today, I am trying to figure out in the Traffic toolbox Explorer why I am getting a -1 in the Flight # column.
Will try one more new flightplan. Thanks for the rely..
