Calibrate a class-map in SbuilderX

Hello.

I have a Corine class-map in bmp format covering Iceland. Dimension 4795X4009, size 18.3mb.

How do I calibrate this bmp(map) in SBuilderX so I can make landclass from it?

I've looked around to find some help on the web but I've found nothing that I get helped with.
I know how to calibrate maps from Google Earth but in the Corine map I have no coordinates.

Is there a tutorial available or can someone please help and tell me how to do?

Best regards

Hasse.

There should be some sort of meta data for the map, perhaps? Otherwise you will have to approximate it by using a background map. I did a little Googling and found something like that, but then the site (eea.europa.eu) went down (maintenance?) and I didn't get a full dataset. What I found was a tiff image that was georeferenced using a projection called EPSG:3035, which if I can find the full dataset could be fixed up for use in SBX.

Got your PM. Sent data to the email you listed. It took 9 separate zip files, but it is tiles of the 100m CLC_2000 dataset.

Each file is a geotiff which SBX will load. If you edit the files you will probably lose the geo tags, so I also included the SBX calibration text files.

I also did a color to Corine value map which I forgot to give you.
