• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

FSXA Dash 8 100/300

P3DV4 and P3DV5 native with PBR materials, the Q400 already had that treatment way back. More to follow....

Dash 8 Q100-400 are now fully FSX native with spec and bump maps. There will be a total of 8 model variations, 2K and 4K resolution textures, PBR materials for P3DV4/V5. Repaints for the original Q100/200 will not work on the new models as there are mapping changes, but they will for the Q400. New paintkit will be provided upon release or thereafter. A big thank you to @Moken for these fine additions/upgrades and Dreamwings for providing the base models/sources for this project.

All work on the Dash 8 is pretty much done, unless something comes up that may need attention. I should have the models released in a day or two and that concludes development for this project on my side, again if nothing else pops up or if Moken needs further assistance.

Bear in mind that I'm only releasing the models for FSX and P3D, fully flyable as is, with plain white textures and paintkit as provided by Moken. The Q300 while it's fully mapped and textured, some areas need some attention and they'll be noticable.

And finally no FS2020 on my side and I'll explain that in the read me PDF that'll be included upon release.
