Hi Arno,
I just came home, and was very happy that CAT for the fs2004 was released, so I tested it with my file. Cat makes the new .asm files. But when I drop the _0 or the normal file on the bglc_9 icon, it reads lots of errors, which I cant read, because it's going to fast. I'm sure that I selected the fs2004 gamepack at the first screen and did not choose the _0.asm file.
I've tested my model without the conditions added by CAT and that works normal. I also tested it with bglc_9, I dropped the unedited .asm file on bglc_9 and copied the resulting bgl in my scenery map and that works as it should. So I don't think it's an error in my file(s) (but you never know with me
)
I included the files here, so you can look if there is an error in it.
download files
I hope you can find the problem.

Forgot to mention, I tried different trigger animations, such as nav1/nav2 frequentie distance to refpoint and wind velocity, all resuling in the errors.
