How do you use default fsx libraries in SBuilderX?

I'm sorry to have to make another thread, but this is driving me insane.

I've been trying to do this for about a day. All I want is to be able to choose from the default FSX object libraries when using sbuilderx. At the moment, when I choose the 'objects' tool and click somewhere, I have a limited number of objects in each category (nowhere near the amount of the default library).

What files do I have to move where to be able to choose from the FSX library?

Of course I can use the object placement tool (which uses the FSX default library) in the last case scenario but I find that extremely difficult to use.

When I select the Object Tool and Left click on the work area I get a Dialog that gives me all the stock objects to choose one from. In SBuilderX there is a folder called LibObjects that contains data about all the stock objects. Make sure that folder is there then select Tools > Object and Left click. Select the Lib Objects Tab and they should all be there

In the Library Objects popup, there is a scrolling menu that says 'Object Category'. Just select the category you want, then scroll through that list of objects. There are several categories which divide the total number of objects.

Thank you for your replies so far.

However, this is exactly my problem. I am aware of the object tool in SBuilderX, and know how to use it (including the library objects tab).

The issue is that all of the default objects are not there! I have some but not others. For example there is no vegetation whatsoever, and under the FSX_vehicles_land tab there is only one car! I know this is incorrect. My SbuilderX --> LibObjects folder looks like this;

And in the FSX_vehicles_land folder there is only one Jpeg, and there is clearly no vegetation etc.

Any solutions? I don't suppose anyone has any folders they could copy for me? Assuming they contain freeware only, of course.

I would think these are installed with the application. Do you have the latest version?

I also only have one jpg in that folder

Yes, it is the latest version.

If you only have one object available in the FSX_vehicles_land folder then you don't have all of the default objects either!

See here for the complete list of default objects;

http://lc0277.nerim.net/sceneobjects/

Notice how many there are if you click on vehicles_land! These objects are all available in the SDK object placement tool (which is completely un-user friendly), I'd like to get them all in SBuilderX.

I see the same, one object in FSX_vehicles_land.

However, you can import all of them by using "Get Temporary Objects from BGL file" and browse to FSX\Scenery\Global\scenery. Unfortunately there won't be any thumbnails.

In fact, you can copy them to the SBX folder by using the left arrow. Unfortunately you can select only one at a time.

Yes... as posted above. Sorry I misunderstood your problem.

Use the MenuItem "Edit | Object Lib Manager" to add items from the default BGLs. You can shift-select all the objects in a folder and add them using the left and right arrows.

To add the jpegs, you could use the screenshot method odf the manager... or if you can get images ( from http://lc0277.nerim.net/sceneobjects/ maybe )you can add them to the appropriate SBuilderX folder ( like "C:\Program Files\SBuilderX313\LibObjects\FSX_vehicles_land" ).
