Latest version of resample?

Hi, I'm using FSX Deluxe and I have the sdk and have installed service packs 1 and 2. Im having the problem where a black and watery line extends completely across one edge of my imagery. After much googling I discovered that its because i have an older version of resample, with the latest version being 10.0.61637.0. However, I cant figure out where to get that latest version, as far as I can tell sp2 is the last service pack. Does anybody know where I can get that newer version, and also is there any place i can read more about dealing with the black line issue? It is very frustrating and the only solution I have seen presented so far is "get the latest version of resample". Thanks for any help!

The resample version 10.0.61637.0 is from the Acceleration expansion pack SDK. That was the latest version of resample that MS released. The black watery line you are seeing is from a lack of image data for that small area and is not caused by the version of resample you are using. You need to extend your image data. This can be as small as one pixel. If you can load your image into Image Tool then you can use it's Add Boarder Pixels under the Image dropdown. You might also use an image editor to do the same thing.
