    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.

If you specify a texture filename there it is used as the emissive (also known as night) texture. There is not more of a procedure.

Hi arno thanks for the instructions.
As your video on night textures did the following procedure:

I imported the DAF file from my building into the MCX.

I loaded the Diffuse and Emissive textures.

export file as FSX MDL object

When trying to generate the bgl file using the mdl file on the MCX I get a texture error, please help me.

Hi,

The night texture seems to be part of the model correctly. Only MCX can't find the textures. Where are they located on your disk relative to the model file?
