• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

No, this is not about the website. I am going to move myself. At the end of next week I will be moving to a new house to live (closer to my work, so should give me more spare time for FS in the evening as well :D).

But for the moment it means that I will have pack up all my stuff and arrange a lot of things. So the coming time I have be less active on the forums. It could even be that it takes a few days before I have my internet connection active again at the new location.

OK, I am now about to pack my PC and all remaing stuff. So don't expect any sign of life from me until after the weekend. After that I am not sure how fast I will have internet again at home, but I should be able to take a quick view at the forum from work now and then. I'll let you know when I am fully back again.

Good moving, Arno. :)

I say this was timing, because my project is just finished. Won't need any help for your tools in the next weeks. :D

I hope you'll have a good start at your new home. ;)

Just a quick message to let you all know that the moving went fine. I am still busy unpacking all my stuff again. So I hope in a few days time I will be fully up and running again.

But it will still take me about 2 weeks before I have a proper internet connection again. So until then I will be less active on the forum (and will also reply to emails slower). The positive thing of that is probably that I will have more time to code on tools :D.

I will try to read the posts I missed in the coming days, but as I am using a not so well secured wireless connection of a neighbour at the moment that might take some time as well, as this connection is not very stable and not always available (but I can't complain as it is not my own connection :p).

I just received my new modem with the mail today. It seems to be running fine, so I should be fully online from now again :D.
