Hi guys, thanks again for reading and helping!
I am delving into photo scenery but I am finding that my scenery disappears when I fly over it. I read about making sure there is a LOD=15 level in my *.BGL and I did this by upscaling and resampling my original LOD13 pic and confirming with TMFviewer that this was the case, But to no avail. My scenery still keeps disappearing.
I remember reading that FSX base scenery is at LOD14 so my photo scenery must be above this to prevent bleeding, but I cant recall where I read it.
It is a very large area (and file) of Lake Torrens in South Australia. I have previously done smaller areas that have been successful so I am wondering:
1. Are there limits on the size of the area in any way and,
2. Am I maybe doing something wrong in the first place to cover such a large area?
I've attached the photo.inf file in case that is of help, and would be grateful for any help provided. Photo scenery really is the way to make it a lot more real.
Cheers
