• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

P3D v4 Pitch ladder moves X and Y

Hi everyone, my name is Juan and now I am design a HUD for a proyect, is a HUD for an A-4AR, I could desing a gauge and it can display information and had a complete pitch ladder.
when the vector moves the pitch ladder keep rotating on his axis. This work correctly.

<Macro Name="VVectY">(A:VELOCITY BODY Y, m/s) (A:VELOCITY BODY Z, m/s) atg2 rddg /-/ </Macro>
<Macro Name="VVectX">(A:VELOCITY BODY X, m/s) (A:VELOCITY BODY Z, m/s) atg2 rddg /-/ </Macro>
<Macro Name="LadderX">@VVectY (A:PLANE BANK DEGREES, radians) sin * </Macro>
<Macro Name="LadderY">@VVectY 1 (A:PLANE BANK DEGREES, radians) cos - * </Macro>

                <Element> <!-- HORIZONTE -->
                (A:PLANE PITCH DEGREES, degrees)  12 &lt;
                (A:PLANE PITCH DEGREES, degrees) -12 &gt; and
                        <MaskImage Name="MASK-BG.bmp" ImageSizes="1024,1024">
                            <Axis X="512" Y="371"/>
                        <Image Name="HORIZONTE.bmp" ImageSizes="509,31" Bright="Yes">
                            <Axis X="255" Y="0"/>
                            <Value Maximum="90" Minimum="-90">(A:PLANE PITCH DEGREES,degrees) /-/</Value>
                            <Scale Y="40"/>
                            <Value>(A:PLANE BANK DEGREES, radians)</Value>
                                @LadderX /-/
                            <Scale X="40"/>

The problem is when use it, the pitch ladder don't get aligned with the vector at he moment you get a bank angle, and when trying use this code it the move is only on the Y axis and it seem the move is the sum of the 2 macros.

This attahced image will ilustrate because I use this code, the move on the Axis X is related with the sine of the bank angle magnitude multiply VVectY.
And the tiny movement on the Y Axis is the difference betwen the magnitude of VVectY and the cosine of bank angle multiply VVectY.
Load the code and the only movement I see is in the Y axis
