MSFS [RELEASE] SPB2XML for MSFS 2020

This is an enhancement of the original spb2xml tool by lc0277 to work with MSFS 2020.

Summary of changes:

• Decode text values used in MSFS 2020
• Add propdef caching
• Recursive extraction

Propdef caching​

Once you have extracted the MSFS 'base' packages to a location, you only need to point to it the first time using -s.
Example: -s "c:\MSFS Base\Packages\fs-base-propdefs\Propdefs\1.0\Common" .
After that it will use a cache file called propdefs.cache, and you dont need to specify -s anymore.
If there is a problem or something changes in the 'base' packages, simply delete propdefs.cache and use -s again.

I've been trying to decode some visual effect and mission spbs to see how they were done, but this can't do it for most of them.

I get the unbound error for missions and some error about inputfloat for effects whatever that is.

MSFS will have changed a lot faster than this.

I'm working on one of the airports that doesn't exist in MSFS 2020 by default. And I wanted to test it to interact with FSLTL AI traffic. I believe the file "PlaneTypeICAO.spb" is the file containing the flight plans. I wanted to edit it with the required data for the new airport. Then I was hoping to compile this edited "PlaneTypeICAO.xml" file back to the original format. But for this, you must first decompile the PlaneTypeICAO.spb file into PlaneTypeICAO.xml

Attempting to decompile an SPB effect file results in an error
Cannot decompile file source (don't know how to format type INPUTFLOAT at 1595)
1595 is an example that must match a line in the file.

How can you decompile this file?
