• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hello to any good FS Developer, my problem is simple yet hard:
There is no RWD-8pws for FS9.

If you can make an RWD-8pws for FS9, I will be extremely happy!


EDIT: The one David Strate gave me doesn`t work.

All is not lost.

If the initial model is an FS9 model "tweaked" (or ported over) for FS-X, then the BASIC model is still an FS9, and then one may have to tweak it back to FS9.

Well, how about this? take this RWD-8:

and see about making it fs9 compatible, ps including gauges, due to the fact that I love flying from the VC.
BTW: the reason I don`t do it myself is that I am a good pilot, but don`t know how to do anything related to aircraft design/editing.

EDIT:Also, I tried just dropping the plane into the fs9 aircraft folder but it had an error when I selected it about the model and I saw it wasn`t turning around the aircraft display.

It is a port over, but not from FS2004 to FS-X. The mesh was imported from the original which was made for teh targetware sim, and then compiled with the FS-X SDK.

It cannot be "back tweaked".

From the file description:

"FSX-native model"

I wondered why it looked familiar and it had been showcased in the FFDS forum. It is a strictly for FS-X model.

I am dieing to fly one in my sim.
