Here is an odd one.
I am using the old ALPHASIM / Virtavia Lockheed C-141B, imported through MCX, to create a static model. BTW these were made available as freeware with the proviso of non-commercial use; my scenery is freeware only so I am ok with sharing.
I have two liveries: the old MAC scheme and the later EURO-1 green/green/grey. I am using the original textures converted to .png from .bmp.
One model, the EURO-1 scheme, builds in SDK and appears in the scenery. The second, the MAC Scheme, causes the build to CTD. I have ensured that I do not have duplicate GUIDs - see screenshot.
The blender model is the same just with different textures for the relevant materials. I do not have duplicates of common textures which are shared by both liveries.
The three output files from Blender are identical sizes - see screen shot.
I have not previously had this issue with multiple liveries of the same base model.
The linked .rar file has the Blender file; the three output files and the textures.
