The Help Menu in SBuilder 2.05 revision 06 did not work for me and searches showed that I was not alone
.
To fix, create an HTML sub-folder in the main Sbuilder folder so that you have sub-folders for HTML, scenery, tools etc. Move the SBuilder.chm file to the HTML sub-folder. Open Sbuilder and hopefully the Help Menu will now work.
If not, right click on the SBuilder.chm file and check that it is opening with Microsoft HTML Help Executable.
