In P3D v6 the whole environment is shader controlled. Textures only have a supplementary character. The shaders are largely based on Unreal and obey the real physical laws of the world. Based on real light, which is subject to light scattering and ultimately determines all colours at all times. Elastic scattering with the components Rayleigh scattering and Mie scattering dominate the simulator. Unfortunately, LM has not really endeavoured to deliver more than the standard. Have you already visibly missed the stars? Doesn't the rain remind you of anything but rain? Do the lighting conditions really obey the above-mentioned laws, as they should?
