Hi all.
After reading this thread: http://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2270, I managed to produce myself a distance controlled sound effect as per PaavoP procedure towards the end of the thread.
I wonder if anyone would know if it's possible to vary the sound level in relation to the distance of the source, that is, an increase of the sound level as one nears the source and, conversely, a decrease as one moves away from it.
This does happen when moving by an active AI or a buddy in multiplayer meetings. So I presume there should be a similar possibility when one gets closer or moves away from a static sound effect source.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
