Hey Arno,
Out of curiosity, since MSFS no longer supports the Assume Vertical Normal setting typically used for FSX style vegetation and trees, is there a function of MCX that already is, or could be adapted to apply this function to the model itself?
I have been trying to redo my model normals in Blender, but haven't had any luck. With that said, if anyone else reading this has had any luck setting their normals vertical in Blender, give me a shout below. I have followed a few tutorials using Blender v2.79, v2.83, and v2.90. All have been unsuccessful.
