    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.

FSX What's that 000_PROJECTNAME.bgl file ?

Just recently in my SBuilderX a new file started showing up on my output directory. If my project name is PA-Taboga then this new and mysterious file is named 000_PA-Taboga.BGL

I have seen the _OBX.BGL for objects, _LOBX for line-of-objects and cvx_ for the compressed vector but this 000_*.bgl is new and I have no idea why it appears now every time I compile this SBuilderX project.

Ah! that explains it! I did indeed add an exclusion polygon lately. Considering that 000_ looks like those AAAAAAAAAA_rest_of_advert_here found on the newspapers I guess it solves the mystery.

I just don't know why Luiz preferred to create separate BGLs for OBX, LBX etc instead of just one. Anyway it works.

That will be for exclusions. It has 000 at the start of the name to ensure that it is called before the other files
