• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hello All,

Some news, I've still been working on Adelaide and progress has come along nicely.

It will be released soon, just a few more things to do :)

In the meantime, here are a few screenshots from my computer, more soon ;)

Hope everyone had a good weekend

Adelaide by night :)

Note all the lighting effects have been rendered and not to spoil too much but have at look at the first screenshot... Lights from the terminal windows appear on the ground.

Thanks Sawbones, yes this will be payware and will be available soon.

I'll post some more previews soon.

Looking very well done and have to agree, the night lighting looks great.

Only criticism I would make would be the parked cars at night. Seems unrealistic to have all the cars with their lights on like they're going somewhere.

@vae, I agree with you, but it's the best I'm able to do at this time.

@ryan, Yes both add-ons can work together no problem, you can see on the screenshots from my setup.

@nixon, this is your best place to find everything you need to know for scenery design. Everyone here has been a great help to me

Thanks guys for the comments

Aaron

It is a very beautiful airport.
By the way, I wonder why all the lights turn on during the day.

Thanks Jtanabodee; actually I'm working on new method so they will be night only. Similar to how the runway and taxiway lights were made.

Thanks :D

Hello,

Thank you for your comment :)

The jetways are static however they are modelled to line up with parked aircraft.

You'll be able to purchase Adelaide X from PC Aviator Australia later today

http://www.pcaviator.com.au/store/

Full list of features, screenshots and price will be on our product page shortly

Thanks

Aaron
