Hi Guys...

Have spent the weekend going over X-Plane and its development tools. There are many. Has anyone done any work for this Sim? anyone tried "Blender" the freeware 3D program used to make objects?.....I installed X-Plane 9 and downloaded some scenery and I must say I was very well surprised.:scratchch

Hi,

I tried X-Plane, but I am not so very pleased with it... maybe in the future.
I even made a convertion of my EBOS scenery as a test. Such thing can do anyone by the way.
There is also a good tutorial for making objects with Blender (see website X-Plane) and there is also a (payware) program that makes MS aircraft compatible for use in X-Plane.
I had contact with people who used X-Plane about the lack of land and taxilights and nightlichting in general in the X-Plane scenery. An important topic had then be opened a few months ago. If you like to post questions on their forum: be aware you have to do minimum two replies before you can post a question yourself...

Good luck.

José.
