CREDITS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rafael Rubio Elola (Seville, 2014), an enthusiastic Spanish engineer and
designer. He took part in adapting the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine, the 20 mm
Hispano Suiza cannons and the Oerlikon wing rockets to the Messerschmitt 109,
later turning it into a two-seat trainer. He designed the Triana two-seat
trainer. The Saeta was derived from it: the first jet aircraft with a
pressurized cockpit designed and built in Spain. The HA-300, a single-seat
supersonic fighter with a Bristol Orpheus engine of 4,800 kg thrust and
afterburner, was sold to Egypt to be continued by Professor Messerschmitt's
team, of which only the prototype was developed. The Supersaeta, derived from
the Saeta, with Marbore VI engines and assorted armament in pods. And finally
the two-seat C-101 with its Garrett turbofan engine: our model. As if that were
not enough, he is also behind: railway axles for automatic track-gauge change;
a preliminary design for a tactical aircraft, the Alacran, for short, rough
airstrips (the future C-212); a submerged floating tunnel project for crossing
the Strait of Gibraltar; studies on post-tensioned metal structures; a civil
R.P.V. (drone) project for real-time surveillance; an undetectable naval vessel;
and a twin-rotor electric wind generator with mechanical self-orientation into
the wind, among others.
Alvaro Alea Fernandez ................ FS98 - C-101 Aviojet
Oscar Pedrosa, Alberto Catala and
Ignacio Torregrosa ................ FS2000 - CASA C-101 Patrulla Aguila
Pavel Cueto and Fernando Espinosa .... Flight Gear
John Bray, Alpeggio and afnavarro ..... XP-11 / XP-12 MASTER of this integration,
to whom I am grateful for their excellent work and generosity, which has served
me as a learning guide.
Special mention to Peyvolt, Tango, JO and Alezmad, the DCS Aviojet team -- the
AAA-grade pro version used by the Virtual Patrulla Aguila and the EdAV (Spanish
Virtual Air Force).
The Super-Saeta HA200/HA220 by Aviacion Espanola is also available as a
payware version.
