Dear Designers,
It is me again, I am trying to apply a chrome texture to an object in my scenery mdl, I tried Ken Thompson's method after reading the tutorial and it didn't work
! If I am not wrong I should assign the same texture that I used for the "diffuse" to the "reflcetive"??? if the texture is in DXT1 from what I understand, the alpha channel is either on or off, so if I have a little of grey in my alpha channel "difuse" will make it disappear! and if I turn it to DXT3 it will become transparent!!! And this is what is actually happenening!!!
I am using the FS2004 gamepack should I use the FS2002 gamepack or there actually is a way of performing the task with what I have?
Regards
