• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.

Collada file not being read correctly

Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with my ground polygon file being read correctly with the latest version of MCX. This file is in collada format and is being created with Sketchup 8 and exported with it's collada exporter. This problem began with the update a couple of days ago. When I ask MCX to load the model file it works on it for a minute and then gives the screen shown in the screen print. The textures are never loaded and no part of the model is visible in the viewing window. If you try to compile it you get an error. In the zip folder attached is the model file, mgp file, and the two textures. I should also add that I have tried to import this model into MCX directly bypassing the Ground Polygon Wizard and get the same result. I have not made any changes recently to my computer.
