• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

MSFS20 Custom taxiway marks not compiled by SDK

Hello friends. I am developing the airport of my city, Córdoba (Spain), and after elaborating the models in Blender and integrating them into my project, I have dedicated myself to playing the Taxiway lines and brands. To do this I have modified a .dds file of the lines extracted from the folder of an airport in Official with Krita result satisfactorily and compile it without any apparent problem in the registry reported by Console, when I charge the airport in the SIM, the desired taxiway lines do not appear.

That is your key line.

Check the folder structure and where your Materiallib is located. It'll currently be in the wrong place, presumably inside another packagesource.
 
Thank you, Superspud, for your quick answers. I have been working at the airport all week and, regarding the lines, I have not been able to solve the problem. The structure of the folders does not seem to be wrong. Anyway, I have solved this by trap: I have replaced an .dds file and another .FLAGS . of a folder lodged in Official \ OneStore for its corresponding generated from the .png that I modified with the lines that I wanted, ren by renoubling them with the names of the replaced, so that the SDK gives it to me for good and I can use it.

I have also been working on the numerical designators and other information that should appear on the platform, but after having placed them in this, when the project compiles, although they are recognized by the compiler, it does not fix them in the final project.

Hello, Jamoso98. Excuse my delay in responding. I have had an accident, nothing serious, but it has kept me with an immobilized arm during all this time.

As for your answer, there were indeed special characters, typical of my language. That was the problem and is already solved. Thank you very much for your help.
