• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

i´m looking for a Software to delete original FSX Objects like the Building and Trees or Lakes from Backyard around the Airport. I did build my own Airport like i see in Google Earth. With all Taxi and Runway. But now i have the Problem that i have a lot of Trees at the Runway and some Buldings on the Apron. How can i delete this?
Thanks a lot Peoples.

Hi,

You need to define excludes to get rid of default scenery objects.

Which tool did you use to make the scenery? Most likely it can also make excludes for you.

ADE can make excludes as well. For most buildings you need to make an XML exclusion rectangle. For the trees it's probably better to add an airport background polygons (which is a terrain vector kind of exclude).

So i try my best. For the Way to find the Way which you told me i found this Manual: ptsim.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=8068&sid=1fdd860541f273160fabf78292cbb2ed .
If i follow this way after the Compiling i got 2 new BGL´s. The Airport BGL and a BGL like this:46te_Test_CVX.bgl. Did put both inside the Scenery Folder and activate it. The first look around was well, better than i did hope :)
Thanks a lot Arno
