FS2004 Editing AFCAD changes airfield elevation

Hi everyone. When editing the 9Dragons Kai Tak AFCAD (just to change its ICAO code back to VHHH, and leave Chek Lap Kok construction site as VHHX), I find airfield elevation changes from 0 ft (in the original AFCAD) to 19 ft.

I tried applying the method described in this link: http://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/threads/moving-default-airport.434301/#post-713137. This method was successful when I tried it on Córdoba airport (SACO). However, this time did not work with Kai Tak.

Any idea how to edit an AFCAD and keeping the same elevation it had?

Before you ask, I want to swap ICAO codes because it would be faster than editing all my AI traffic BGLs (should be around 100 with flights to Hong Kong), and not having to do so after updating any AI flightplans...

Found it: somehow, if I specify 0.0 as altitude, I'm giving FS9 full clearance to set whatever elevation it may like. If I set some very small value (0.01 ft), I'm forcing the altitude I want.

After editing this file, and another AFCAD with the IGS approach, I have now Kai Tak at all its glory (and some B77W and A380).
