• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hi all,

Position filled. Thank you!

Flightbeam Studios was founded in 2009 and in the last 10 years we've grown quite a bit. Recently though we've become a bit too big for a developer to handle all support and looking for a dedicated person to fill this payed contract position. Ideally you are very proficient with the Prepar3D platform and have good troubleshooting knowledge.
Functions for this position:

- Respond and follow-up to general customer support emails/forums posts/Facebook posts-messages
- Use our ecommerce platform to help customers with download issues, purchase issues, etc
- Use various troubleshooting methods to determine cause of issues
- Respond to forum threads for customers having support issues
- Help organize the forums by moving/locking/deleting threads/posts as necessary
- Be an ambassador of our brand and help maintaining the consistency and good feedback of our products

Again, this is a contract, compensated position. There are some requirements:

- You must be based in the United States and be a legal resident
- You must be proficient with aspects of P3D
- You must spend at least 1-2 hours a day with these tasks (excluding weekends)
- You must be able to use Facebook

There is huge growth opportunity with this position as we're quickly expanding. If you're interested, please send an email to: general@flightbeam.net
Please include your experience with P3D and flightsim in general.

Thanks for looking!
