P3D v4 Google Scenery for payware?

Hey all,

So... I am thinking about doing a scenery project called 'Mountains of Phoenix.' We have a lot of mountains (small ones, but a ton of them).

My question is, does Google allow us now to use their tiles to create BGL's? Do we pay them if they require for us to pay for using them for a payware project? Its only used once, so my thoughts are, if we just told people we used Google Maps to create the graphics, wouldnt that be enough? Is there an email address at Google that you guys write to about these things?

This is for a land territory in the USA.

My thoughts are, it would be ok, but I am not Google and I respect them, so I want to find out early on what my options are concerning this project.

Ok... Found some web pages.. I didnt at first, but started really digging and finally found a couple.

In Google Earth, I do not seem to see who the maker of the files are over Phoenix, except now and then I see a 'Landsat Image / Capernicus' which blinks out after a second. So it must be 'Capernicus' that owns the Phoenix SAT maps? Off to check that out.

This could get sad... I find a cool scenery program, find out how to work it, its easy, and now the scenery might be not useable. :(
