• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

You have a wonderful country, we call it the "Motherland", been there many times. We have some mountains but none that beautiful, high and snowy...:)

Sorry, no need to offend anyone else on here from Texas, but I've lived here my whole life and just don't understand this place. So many people here just seem to have a blind assumption that it is the best place on earth. I've seen plenty better :)

It doesn't help that I live in Arlington, the biggest city in the US with no public transit.

I also live about 5 minutes from this monstrosity:

The traffic is a nightmare and the regular legions of drunk football fans just aren't that fun to deal with.

Me? Bitter? Never....

hehehehehe!!! LOL...we all seem not to like some stuff about where we live don´t we???...Public Transport? you hit the nail.....I have been living here for 41 years and it was not until November of 2010 that finally, finally the government started trashing the "school buses" that killed over 200 people a year inside the trash things and outside!!!!!...now new Volvo European type buses are in but still there are people complaining...and a Metro is also being built....41 years amigo!!! 41!!!!!:eek::eek:...we´ll hit the verges of "the first world" around 3001 if at all......
 
Very nice words Solid, happy to know, Canary islands always have had strong bonds with America. Yes the Teide is like a symbol here, but well, as many people here I was fed up of my quarter too, the only I can say is that is a quiet place to live. I think that Santa Cruz is a bad city to live. and viva Panama :cool:

...presumably though you actually have a loo in the flat! ;)

Oddly enough, I so loved the movie "Billy Elliot" that the day it was released to DVD it proved the impetus for me to finally buy a DVD player... :laughing:

Should you like public loos, move to Berlin. There are actually still apartments without proprietary sanitation facitilities and coal stoves here. And they want rent for them! :rolleyes:

Sounds interesting.....I have flown into Amsterdam Schiphol Airport many times since KLM has a daily flight from here to there and it is quite a "Unique" airport. So huge you can literally drink a bottle of wine from touchdown to terminal door with a calm attitude:D:D, what really got me pretty mad there is landing at around 11:00PM from Rome on a very rainy night and finding a practically deserted building and hardly any transportation to the City!!!!:eek::eek:...why is that??:

:D Taxi time from 18R to the gates is about 15 to 20 min.:rolleyes:
And if in peak time 18C is also in use some more time,the planes must taxi all the way around.:(
Runway 18R is an environmental runway they say but they forget that for taxiing around 1000 liters of kerosene is burned,by each airplane. (some more 747,some less F70):)

Public transportation is difficult at this time but you can take a taxi to the city,if you have luck it cost you between €70 and €150.:mad::mad::mad:
