• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

FSX Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport WIP

Hi everybody,

I have been working on Sabiha Gokcen Airport (LTFJ) for some time, as the scenery matured enough I thought I can share some visuals.
Sabiha Gokcen is the second airport of Istanbul, on the southeast corner of the city, and also ranks 18th busiest airport in Europe.

This is my first custom ground poly design and also my first big (well, at least for me) airport.

looks terrificly neat! but unfortunately I'm still hanging on fs9 Simulation as there is just a RIP Scenery from Sanalpilot.
I would love to have such a great conversion for the outdated Sim. as you created it for FSX.
 
Your scenery is looking really great, Sunay! It looks like payware, will it be freeware?
 
This looks really great - with Taxi2Gate on one side of the Bosporous and this one on the other Istanbul will be prefectl
 
Looks very good (and that is an understatement!). All done on your own without anyone else helping you? In that case you persevere (do not confuse this verb with 'perverse ) to say the least.
Now on to the final challenge: night textures, seasonal changes, animations!
In the meantime, my congratulations on some outstanding work that merits the payware status (as far as I can see from the screenshots and taking into consideration my previous observations).
But rest assured, looking at your screenshots and being the critic I am, I can tell you that on the basis of your screenshots, I would be a buyer of your scenery (if not too expensive because I live part time in Holland).

PS: In as far as (for instance) (vehicle) ground traffic is concerned and if assistance needed, you may wish to call in the help of Golf_HotelDelta to not only make it 'impressive' but also 'Georgeous':cool: (Sorry George, I tried but could not resist putting in this pun).

Regarding FS9, unfortunately for FS9 users I am not planning an FS9 development.
