Hello!
When I create a scenario in SimDirector, placing trees, houses, people and animals. These look great on my Scenery. What bothers me is that these objects disappear only when you are at a very distant distance, making the stage heavier and consuming more FPS.

On the other hand, the autogen created in Annotator does disappear at a reasonable distance making the stage have stable FPS.

My question is if you can modify of any handles the objects located with SimDirector disappear in a not very long distance, something like the autogen.

No, you can't control the distance directly. But by adding levels of detail to the models you can tune the performance. With an empty lod you can make them disappear as well. But that only helps if you made the models yourself of course.

Oh That sounds disappointing, it's a shame since the only way to make decent scenarios is with Sim Objects, but the problem is that objects disappear when they're too far away and you consume a lot of FPS. But little by little I'm moving to Xplane so there's not much drama.
