Hello,
So last week I had a small brownout at my house after a thunderstorm... The result was brutal and my Windows was wiped after going into the boot repair mode and the mysterious x: drive.... Anyway I was able start re-building my PC by cloning off my backup hard drive... With ways to go... I had an old copy of ADE 1.67 installed and tried to reinstall ADE 1.78 with my pro-key. While ADE 1.67 runs fine and I keep getting the following message from ADE 1.78 when I try to start the program:
What I have tried:
1. Installed 1.78 fresh and used a pro-key.zip download
2. Deleted 1.78 then reinstalled 1.78 and had it import the pro-key from the 1.67 install this worked for the initial start up where I did the import; but once I closed the program and tried to restart it I got the same message again. But 1.67 continues to work fine with a prokey.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
Thanks
