• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hello @=Hollywood=, I have to correct what I said before... although I'm not sure if it has anything to do with Nool Aerosystems OÜ.

In SDK Documentation 1.2.2 there is this:
VDGS OBJECTS

Hello:

The link you posted above does not appear to be clickable to activate the URL hyperlink function in the XenForo FSDEV forum software.

https://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/threads/msfs-toolkit-by-nool-aerosystems.452363/post-931308

If I right-click and copy the link, this is the URL shown if pasted into Windows NotePad:

Code:
http://In SDK Documentation 1.2.2 there is this: https://docs.flightsimulator.com/msfs2024/flighting/html/2_DevMode/Scenery_Editor/Objects/VDGS_Objects.htm?rhhlterm=vdgs&rhsearch=vdgs

As the author of the post above, can you please verify whether that is the info actually pasted into the URL field for that forum hyperlink ?

Your reply may prove quite helpful in troubleshooting potential issues with "link" functionality of the XenForo FSDEV forum software.

Thanks in advance for your reply to clarify what was actually pasted into the link in your post immediately above.

Ciao:

So this toolkit... the change log on the site shows it being updated as recently as May! Why wont anyone respond to my requests to purchase a license? Not a fantastic way to operate a business... but I'm willing to pay for a tool that works!

I just noticed that there was an update on March 30, but the option to contact Paavo through his website doesn't seem to be working.
That's why, as I mentioned on Paavo's website, I'm turning to this forum to discuss the matter, in the hope that he can provide us with more information about the progress of his utility.
Especially given the price of the license—189 euros for one year—without the option to test the utility’s features and capabilities, it’s a bit concerning not knowing who to turn to or who to rely on...

In short, I hope Paavo will read this and respond to us here. And by the way, what rights does the license grant? What Paavo/Nool Aerosystems is offering is really very unclear.

I'm closing this thread. Too much negative speculation here. The toolkit is Paavo's property and he has the right to sell or not as he desires. In truth, he was betrayed a bit by the community. Not only was his tool used improperly, without compensation, but the community as a whole did not have his back, so to speak, regarding his decision as to how to progress with the toolkit. Time for us to move on. Paavo's silence speaks volumes.
