Parking Spots - Around Elevation How To?

Hi all

Long time reading the forum, it was time to register and post! The amount of informations here are extremely handy and helpful, thanks in advance.

To the point now,

as you can see in the attached image, around the parking spots there is a concrete fence which is elevated.

I can do this, concrete fence, but how do I do the all around elevated ground, it's like a small hill fading out not to far away from the concrete.

Can I do it with GMAX and which is the best technique?

My skills are not very professional but I am working on it at my free time. I have create some objects so far and experimenting quite a time.

Thanks in advance
