Hello all. I am a definate rookie in Mission Developement but I am stubborn and persistant and so far my efforts are paying off. This site is awesome, very helpful and I thank you all for the great information.
I am trying to attach a flight plan to a mission and I want to keep the .PLN file in the mission folder. I see that that my .FLT file has the entry:
[GPS_Engine]
Filename=C:\Users\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files\IFR Bremerton Natl to Olympia
position=N38° 30.96', W121° 29.71', +000027.39
That is clearly the refrence to my .PLN flie, my question is can i make that path relative to the mission folder so that i can migrate this mission to other users and distribute it. The mission relies on the .PLN file heavily and if i were to make it into a cab or zip im not sure that the file would land in the right place on someone elses computer, it would be so much easier to just have the .PLN in the same directory as the rest of the mission files.
Any suggestions?
