• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Repainter needed for Super Corsair Project

Hi, I am reviving AF Scrubs super corsair as both an unlimited and stock racer . The project is going quite well, with custom damage modeling and everything (via RealEngine 1.4). I am not skilled enough to texture the model as I would like to. I really want to have both Race 57 and Race 74 as well as some fictional unlimited schemes. The project will be freeware in memory of Bob Odegaard who restored both airframes and was tragically killed in #74 last year. I would greatly appreciate any help that I can get!

Thanks,
Matt

I was going to do it as freeware but perhaps I could pay a bit

Would $25 for 57 and 74 work? or higher?

I would defenately pay for a more realistic VC

although its off topic, I would like one that matches the real world panel as close as possible with a full switch panel and everything. The current one just doesn't do the job.

That's going to be even more expensive, in the ballpark of a few hundred $.

I know it's a different model;
But you should check-out the package already released in Memory of Mr. Odegaard.

wow, thats impressive

I like the a2a corsair alot except that it doesnt quite have all the horsepower of the super. I may try and see if the guys at FASA can help me do the necessary modifications to the original. I also have been in contact with wombat. (does alot of race paints for the a2a p51) Hopefully if I can find people that arn't in it for the money we can get an authentic Cleveland racing experience.

I just realized you are the head of FASA

Could you guys help me make some changes to the super corsair please? The super is quite possibly my all time favorite warbird and the thing is FAST. I would really appreciate the help or any advice I can get to bring the model up to its full potential.
