• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Today's development, kiteboarders. I had been hoping to create a cloud of bobbing sails, because all the color on the water is really a sight to see. However the way these models get swallowed in the near distance leaves me doubting.

Thanks! In the interests of local users who might fly from PDX often, the LOD's have been optimized so the dams and bridges are visible from altitude, but only with several polygons. Right now I'm trying to configure a pair of AI Growlers to come down from Whidbey Island NAS and overfly the Hood River Bridge, which is a regular event in the summer. At least once a C-17 even flew the route, down in the canyons and then popping up over the bridge. The Maverick Riffe Lake challenge range ends just north of the Gorge as well.

Looks really cool! Finally a creator that doesn't like planar scenarios and uses the elevation tool everywhere, I love it

Thank you so much for your interest, it means a lot to me. I just placed an edit in the download description, because I'd forgotten to include information about a linked addon and I wanted anyone here interested to also have a chance to add it, so thanks again.

The addon is "Seafront Simulations: Core Library," it is free and will add more boats to the last two docks. Curiously, we'd used several of the same source models. I'd trolled, no, dredged all the free sites while this was coming together, cadnav, Grabcad, etc and it seems like most of the duplicates came from Sketchfab, but in every example, I chose my own version.
