Hi Arno,
I was wondering if it is possible that we can make a round surface of the world that represent the area of our project by entering the co-ordinate of the satellite photo to a script or something. Then Gmax provide a curvature of the earth to us and map that photo at the same time.
I think it should be good if we can have round world surface right in gmax. Animation that have a wide area of motion such as a Catering car moving from one area to the parking around 1 km apart, never match the photoscenery.
I have to do the animation so many times and at the end of animation the car float due to curvature of the world. It is very nasty and tedious job to do.
I think it is possible but I don't know how to do that since my knowledge is limited.
Regards,
Tic
