Hi,
I have been flight simming for about 40 yrs and have never come across this problem before.
Namely: R6025 Pure Virtual Function Call
This then gives me a window to click on OK and the fsx acceleration sim crashes to desk top.
I am baffled. I have been dabbling with repainting certain aircraft and have gone over each one checking if I have left a .bmp file where it shud be a .dds etc
but have found none.
I have checked all the changed aircraft config files in case of mistakes but have found none.
I have loaded up new paints and aircraft but they were all bonifeide sites.
can anyone point to something here? it's annoying as it's halfway through flights or at the beginning or even when in slew mode viewing AI aircraft.
I have 32 gb ram
a very fast amd 4.5 ghz processor and board to match
and a very good psu to cope with it all.
also I get about 100 fps with all this.
I do have a feeling it's something I've done recently as it's only been happening in the past maybe 2 weeks.
maybe I should just remove each and every add on and repaint, one at a time, to see what is causing this, but that is a mammoth job as I tend to do things in large batches.
Your help is much appreciated in advance,
Thank you
Chris
