• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Hi all.

SBuilderX313 is now available through a link here at the Downloads menu or at the URL address in the above sticky for SBuilderX. The download is about 23Mb, and PTSIM may be experiencing some slowness for the first few days.

Some nice improvements. If you wish to convert to the new version, backup your SBX files and place them away securely, as they may not be 100% compatible with the previous SBuilder310. SBuilder313 will, by default, install to it's own folder, allowing you to keep SBuilderX310 in it's original folder... so uninstallation of the earlier version is not needed, if you wish to delay converting everything to the new version.

The ZIP file contains a readme, and the MSI installation file.

SBUILDER v313 \tools\shpvec.exe access denied

On opening SBuilder 313, I get "Access to the above path denied and the choice to close the program or to continue at own risk. If I try to continue, am informed that"The arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow."

Having checked the path concerned, the file shpvec.exe is missing.

Permission denied

Sorry folks. I have found that moving SBuilderX out of the "Microsoft Progams(X86) area, as suggested by Sa in an earlier posting, has solved this problem. It has also solved another, wherein SBuilderX was unable to copy some BMP files. Having placed SbuilderX in a folder called C:\Flightsim Tools, the program now starts O.K.
