• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

SDK 0.12.0.0 download problem

hi guys
i tried to download the latest SDK 0.12.0.0 but since the latest update (1.15.8.0) it´s not possible anymore to download it like described in the SDK documentation.
I tried to download with new way but it keeps saying " Downloading release notes list... "
but nothing happens.
do you have a download link for me please ?

Where are you downloading it from? The link is in Help > Downloads > SDK Installer

OK but that just gets the release notes for the SDK You need to do download the installer from the help menu Click on Help

Thank you Jon for the help but as you can see in my Help Menu there is only 2 choice.I tried everything ( Disable Antivirus , Run as Admin etc...).

Isn't that the button right hand side that you have clicked?

Try the help menu. There is a link, that is what scruffyduck meant, i guess.

Check your internet is on and that the options in the sim for data are set on also. Some have reported that the data gets turned off After the latest updates. If I turn my data off, I get only two items in the menu.

checked everything but no change. A download link would avoid a complete reinstall of the sim which means a lot of GB to download again just to get the SDK.

Just in case anybody is facing this issue again (I did with 0.19.0.0):
If you have selected a third party aircraft in the hangar, go and chose a default Asobo one before hitting the Download button! That worked for me... weird but true...
