Thanks for this. It explains why going back to a prior SDK install didn't fix anything. The SDK is only the files in the SDK download. The DevMode (and it's compiler) are updated when the the sim updates, and are part of the sim. In a few days we'll have a new World update and Asobo has stated they will also fix some of the broken DevMode items. So in a few days we'll have new problems to discuss, and perhaps some of the old ones will go away.
None of the problems we have are caused by the SDK... excepting some documentation errors.
As I stated before, I'm behind Asobo all the way! The Sim is awesome! Looking forward to a few more fixes.
Many years ago one of my robots at the Hyundai microchip factory in Korea stuck its arm into a rack of silicon wafers and busted 25 of them. At that stage of manufacture they were each worth $10,000. Needless to say, I got an all-expense-paid (by me) trip on the 11:00 am flight over the Pole to Seoul. It was the order in which a C++ AND statement was evaluated. I'm very understanding.
