• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.

MSFS20 [SOLVED] MSFS Runway Start position offset issue

Hello to all friends
For some time now, I have been facing a problem in the scenery created by me, when I directly select the runway for departure, the plane is not exactly place in the center of dashed lines of the runway and is offset a few meters to the left. I have tried many methods to solve this problem, but there was no result. Does anyone know where this problem comes from? And how can you solve it?
For a better understanding, I am attaching some sample photos here.

Regards,

Very strange. Check if you have another OIFM scenery mod in your community folder. It might be the reason...

Yes, it is very strange! No, I don't have any other airport with this name in the community, even this issue affects the ILS and causes deviation from the middle of the runway during the landing phase, I did everything I could think of, but the problem still remains.

I have to add this point that I noticed that the airport that is built with SDK, when it is opened with ADE, the runways of the airport are offset by a few meters. Of course, I mostly work with SDK.

I work only with ADE because the SDK is far too complicate for me...
About the runway in ADE, I can't see where is the runway centerline, not the runway link but the physical runway centerline marking. This marking should be exactly on the link and vv. May be the runway by itself is offset.

Hello guys , I would like to thank the friends who provided a solution to solve this problem, I created the project through ADE for the first time and continued the work through SDK and I encountered this problem, this time I started the airport from the beginning again. I designed, but this time I started only through the SDK, and now the problem is solved and the start point is exactly in its place. I believe that there are differences in the design with ADE and SDK, which probably causes the error. Thank you all friends.

Regards.
