• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

I wonder how many of these humorous features have I missed? (08NC)

According to GE no star lake at that location. Something that Aces put in for pilot interest? One can only speculate.

Looks like an Easter Egg?

...Or someone "laid an egg".

Hmmm... conspiracy theorists may have it that a developer was 'scraping' information on "Whiteheart Farm" in North Carolina ...using this source image:

One might wonder whether a developer was inspired by a Blue Star product concept (and whether use of this as a source may prove ..."sustainable") :scratchch:

"At Blue Star, we believe that traceability and transparency is a cornerstone of sustainability."

"Complete Traceability from Trap to Plate

Blue Star’s unique application allows you to scan your crab meat and learn who caught it."

https://www.bluestarfoods.com/products/

One may wonder if AirNav imparts a "approximately 70-95 (Jumbo) Lumps per proud" onto developers 'proudly' using that image as a vector source ?

Perhaps the "Star Lake is something that was 'scanned', and now it remains to be seen whether the person who did it will be 'caught' ? :scratchch

But who would be so "crabby" as to begrudge a FSX developer's innovative use of an online image as a data source ? :rotfl:

In FSX or P3Dv4x, load in SDK TMFViewer: 😉

MSFS-2020 does not show the above cited "anomaly":

Assuming you referred to my "FS version heritage", I started tinkering with scenery in FS2002, but here is proof that FS9 also has no such anomaly: :)
